What it costs
Nothing to you
The introduction is free, and there is no subscription, no platform fee and no contract with us. We may earn a commission from the provider if you sign up with them, and that does not change their price to you.
What the provider charges
Providers bill you directly, under their own terms, rates and refund policy. Those are stated on their own pages, and we point you at them before you commit to anything.
Questions people ask
Do I have to sign anything with you?
No. There is no contract between us and no fee. We make an introduction; anything you agree to afterwards is directly with the provider, under their terms.
Do I have to get on a call?
Not with us. The whole exchange can happen by email. If the provider offers a call and you want one, that is up to you.
Do you only do remote assistants?
No. Assistants are the most common introduction because almost every business needs one, but review management, bookkeeping support, client follow-up and delivery capacity come up just as often. The rule is the same either way: we introduce providers we have checked, and we tell you when we have nobody.
Are you the provider?
No. We employ nobody, train nobody and deliver nothing. The service, the pricing and the support belong to the provider. We are an independent introduction service and an affiliate.
What do you do with what I send you?
We read it, we match it, and we pass it to the provider we introduce you to so they can reply. We do not sell it, rent it or add you to a list. See our privacy page.
What if it is not a fit?
Say so in one line and we will close it out. No follow-up sequence, no hard sell. You can also ask us to delete everything you sent.

What we are, and what we are not
We are an independent introduction service. We do not employ the people who do the work, we do not deliver it and we do not support the service you buy: that is the provider's job, under their terms and their refund policy. We may earn a commission from the provider when someone we introduced signs up, at no extra cost to you. We promise no particular outcome; what we do promise is an introduction we would make for our own business, and we never ask for logins, payment details or access to your clients.
